Hey flosoft - Any way you could dump your main.inc.php and db.inc.php from your demo for me? I must have something wrong in the config, unless it's my ancient OS/php/mysql db, plus im running uw-imap - not sure if that's even supported. Any help is appreciated. If you would like, you can email it to me @ tdeath[at]uniksystems.com

thanks,
Jeremy

Hey,
sorry for the delay (I was on holidays) but I use the basic configs as explained in the docs.
What error do you get?

I have installed beta2 of RoundCube and I realy love it. Thanks to developers.
Now if I want to upgrade to SVN version, do I need to replace the files only? Are there any changes to database?
I appreciate your help

http://trac.roundcube.net/trac.cgi/log/trunk/roundcubemail/SQL/mysql.initial.sql should be 2 changes in db. also look for changes in configuration files.

This software is impressivly good!!! You guys have really made a first class kick-ass product! I have installed the nightly hack, and it seems to be stable. My Firebug Inspector in FF generates a chunk of error messages from the ajax routines, but no errors in the behaviour of the program.

I am especially pleased with the choice of editor. TinyMCE is by far a better choice than FCK Editor.

Looking forward to see future versions!!!!

Thank you for the demo site.

A couple of questions. There seem to be folders showing in the folder list, that do not appear in the Personal Settings->Folders tab. Where are they defined?

Second, when I create a new folder it seems to always be a sub-folder of the last one created. How do you create a new top-level folder. I assume to create a sub-folder I would select the folder that I want as the top folder.

A great application. I am enjoying working with it. I have made a number of modifications and find the code to be very well written. I am a long time code developer (first program written in 1965) and am enjoying getting my feet wet with PHP/HTML/AJAX/Web applications. I will be on a three-month holiday till mid January. When I return, I would be very interested in working with the developers, and their development efforts, to make RoundCube the best free webmail application on the net.

Hello Rosali.

That demo, is that the dev version of MyRoundCube, or is that a standard dev-svn version of RoundCube? If it is from the SVN, what tag/brank is it? I would like to run it alongside my normal version...

It is recent SVN version with MyRoundcube plugins enabled.

So at this point you have MyRoundCube implemented in a purely plugin fashion? That's pretty slick, especially if I can check out MyRoundCube into the RoundCube plugins dir.

Yes, all you see at mail4us.net/dev is in a pure plugin structure.
