Title: Access level to Net_LDAP2_RootDSE::__construct() must be public Issue

Hi!
Try to use password plugin with LDAP server. Updating passord fails with PHP Fatal error: 
Access level to Net_LDAP2_RootDSE::__construct() must be public (as in class PEAR) in /roundcube/vendor/pear-pear.php.net/Net_LDAP2/Net/LDAP2/RootDSE.php on line 32" while reading response header from upstream
Password is not updating. Any suggestions?

This error is fixed in Net_LDAP2-2.2.0.
