Title: SVN server down?

Not sure what the best forum to put this on was, I can't seem to log into the svn server anymore, is it down or something? I tried updating my svn sandbox and got a error message, then tried direct https://svn.roundcube.net/ and got a could not connect to server error.

Yeah, it has some problems from time to time.
