Full or Simplified Compose Message Toolbar

Hi,

My first time posting in this forum, so my apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I normally have a pretty full toolbar when I compose a new message or reply. But sometimes, seemingly randomly and for unknown reasons, and in no pattern that I can detect, I get a very simplified toolbar only:
undo/redo arrows, Link and Picture buttons, and a dropdown/flyout menu with dropdown items of Headings | Inline | Blocks | Align

Everything else is missing: no other of the usual buttons for things like font-size, font color, symbols, code, etc.

This doesn't always happen; I often have the full toolbar.

Any idea of what's going on, or how I can fix this so I always get the more complete toolbar?

Any suggestions for fixing this, or troubleshooting the issue, would be appreciated! Thanks!

The contents of the TinyMCE toolbar changes depending on the size of your browser window when the compose screen loads.

Interesting! But all of my Compose and Reply messages open in a new tab, and I have a pretty large computer monitor, so that is probably not the issue here - unless it is somehow misreading the size of my screen?
