Roundcube-1.6.9 Installation Failing

Roundcube-1.6.9 Installation Failing

I am seeing the following error during installation.  Looks like multiple versions of php at installed could that create a conflict?  what is the best way to clean the multiple versions up?    Apache is the httpd.
