This may seem like a noob question, but I wanna add a site wide notification message to my RoundCube install, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. I basically wanna put it at the very top of the page, on the log in screen and on the email page as well. I'm new to PHP or I might be able to figure it out. If some one could help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it.
