Title: I want to add a second email - how to send and receive from there?

Hi! SO I am using one main email to send and receive emails from Roundcube Webmail. I hired an assistant for support and want to set up an email for her so she can receive and send emails. We were able to set up a second identity with her support email address I made for her. We did a test and we can send successfully from the second support email but she cannot receive them. The Error message that shows is "Address not found - 550 No Such User Here"

So How can I configure this so she can receive to her email , if she can send from there? Please help! thank you!
