Just had to stop the firewall on the .com server flush iptables restart the firewall and all is good, sorry for the bother <@;-}

Hello group

I am unsure of the actual version of RC I am running, I installed it in the latter of 07.
The server OS is Ubuntu 7.10

At either rate, all was functioning without error until day before yesterday;
When you attempt to log into RC you receive:
Code: [Select]
Connection to IMAP Server Failed

No changes have been made to the server other than the update of ISPConfig, but I have installed RC on it's own not under ISPConfig.

I have tried restarting 'courier-pop' && 'courier-imap' without change at login though.

In 'main.inc.php' file I have the following:

$rcmail_config['default_host'][] = "giganetwireless.com";
$rcmail_config['default_host'][] = "giganetwireless.net";
$rcmail_config['default_host'][] = "mymail.giganetwireless.net";


UPDATE TO POST
I have just tried logging into another Email account under the domain 'giganetwireless.net' and that user can log in successfully. So the domainwhich I am unable to log into at this point is 'giganetwireless.com', likewise I have tried restarting 'courier-pop' & 'courier-imap' on the .com server without change at login attempt.

how to login to roundcubemail for the first time?

that means what is the username & password to login for roundcubemail
