My inbox was 90% full and instead of deleting the emails to make more room on the webmail website I did it on the mail app that I use on my computer. Apparently this did not work and my inbox became 100% full without me realizing. I was sent emails when this account was full that are not showing up in my inbox so I do not know how many emails I have missed or who they are from. Is there anyway to retrieve these emails?

It sounds like you are an end user rather than a system admin, is that right? If so then for a definitive answer you need to contact your email provider. Typically when a mailbox is full new emails will be rejected with mailbox full notice returned to the sender.
Roundcube is a mail client silimar to the app on your computer only web based. It can only report the information provided by your server.
