Title: Sensitivity Marking
Post by: iabm12 on November 17, 2018, 08:43:42 PM
Hi all,

I'm looking to use RoundCube as a webmail application for an organisation to use who, at the moment, use personal email accounts rather than domain email accounts.

I know on some webmail clients, there is an option to mark an outgoing email with confidential or private. Is there an option for this on Roundcube? If so, does anyone know how I can get this to work?

Thanks in advance!
B

Roundcube does not currently support sensitivity headers.

This is Microsoft invention. It shouldn't be hard to implement with a plugin. However, even Microsoft says:
"
Important: IRM can’t prevent content from being erased, stolen, corrupted, or captured and transmitted by malicious programs or computer viruses. It also can’t stop people from writing the content out by hand, retyping it, or taking a digital photograph or screen capture of the message.
"
Imo, the feature is useless.
