I installed Roundcube today via the command prompt and following a few teething problems I am now quite happy.
I would like to start tinkering with skins and themes, but I cannot for the life of me find the roundcube directory via my ftp client (SmartFTP)
Where is it and what am I doing wrong?
I think I may have spent too long on this today and finally fried my brain!!!

Sorted it. I needed an FTP client which allowed me to log in as root.

Where was it then? I want to do the same! :'(

I found it as well!
But I'll tell you where ::)
/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/roundcubemail/skins/
On Ubuntu 6.06 LTS

I think mine was somewhere like /etc/local/cpanel/base/roundcube
Obviously this would very depending on your own install, and whether you have tailored it to work with Cpanel if you have it.
My initial problem was that Smart ftp would not allow me to log in as root. I fixxed that by downloading SFTP from: http://winscp.net/eng/index.php. It's free too. :)
