Title: SMTP ERROR (-1): Connection to server failed

my roundcube email has been running fine for a year but today i can not send / forward email, it showed up the error: "SMTP ERROR (-1): Connection to server failed"

and here is the error log:

could any one help me to solve it please ?? :'(

check your smtp server is running and that there is no firewall in the way. make sure you can telnet from the webserver to the smtp server.
