Just the inc files. finished translation for the things that were in red.

I've corrected the Romanian translation to include diacritics (since there is a law in Romania that official documents and sites MUST use proper diacritics).
The files attached. UTF8 encoding.

Langenberg.com has a large number of translation sites, amongst which some also cater for Romanian.
