I do not receive any new mail messages in my Roundcube webmail inbox and i do not know what to do about it. Can somebody help me?

You will hardly get help without providing some information.
What type of server are you running?
Is your mailserver up?
Do you have MX records for your mailserver? (not required)
Can you retreive/see e-mails if using a different client application to connect to your mailserver?
Which Roundcube version are you running?
