Hello,

I am a network administrator at large corporation. Does anyone know if it is possible to setup Roundcube in such a way that I could see other users mailboxes if need be?

RoundCube is just a front-end for your IMAP server. Unless you have some way of making your IMAP login see everyone's folders, I don't think that this will work for you.
