Title: Setting up email account with outlook and mobile phone provider

Hi i am having problems setting up my email account with Outlook and also on my Iphone please could some one provide me with advise on setting both of these up

Ask your mail provider for the mail server information.

please help me understand I am having the same issue. How do I set it up with my outlook
