I installed Roundcube about two months ago and it has been working flawlessly all the time. I've used it almost every day. All of a sudden I can no longer login. I get an error that says "session invalid or expired". I haven't changed anything. Clearing cookies doesn't help. It's the same in Firefox and Safari.
Suggestions would be appreciated.
Whats in your error log?
Which file is my error log? I have four folders "data", "logs", "public_html" and "sessions". In the folder "logs", there are files between October 2 and November 29, which is before the login problems started. In the folder "public_html" there is also a folder "logs". In this folder there is a file "errors" and it was changed November 22. The login problems stared December 4.
The RoundCube error log should be at <RC root>/logs/errors
I send the file. Since I don't want to reveal the name of my domain and email addresses, I've modified the file. My domain is changed to "mydomain". My login failures from December 4 don't seem to be logged.
Make sure the log is writable it should be adding a error for the failed login attempts.
I'm sorry but how do I make it writeable?
Today, I could suddenly log in again after getting errors the whole week!
