Hi there,
how can I replace the new larry skin (which is to dark) with the old interface without having to login each user and replace the skin setting with "classic"? I've tried to rename the folder below "default" to "new" and "classic" to "default" but that does not work.

Change $rcmail_config['skin'] in <RC root>/config/main.inc.php
