I have just bought calendar_plus and imported and enabled it, but I can't see any new functions in the calendar or calendar settings?
Is there anything else I need to do?
(As there is a problem with plugin manager, I have disabled plugin manager and added all the needed plugins manually).

I now see, that obviously I used the wrong calendar, I had the one from kolab.
I now installed the one from the plugin manager, but cannot get this one working either, if I click on calendar the frame appears but it is empty (I see no days etc.)?
