Post by: ras-construction on February 20, 2013, 01:23:53 PM
Hi everyone! Does anyone know why 50% of the emails I send end up in spam folder? Is frustrating when my customers tell me that they didn't received my email. But if they look in the spam folder, is there. Can you help??Many thanks guys! Chris

Spam filtering is done by the mail server not RoundCube, my guess is you have to set to low of spam score so valid emails are being marked as spam. You should ask your email provider for help.
