Out of the blue, haven't touched it for months. Got several customer calls saying they couldn't log in. It accepts their login, but then appears to hang and never goes into the inbox.
Where to start?
Check the Roundcube logs. Could be a problem with the IMAP server, or the connection to it.
Yep. That's what it was. Our ISP decided (out of the blue) to discontinue the DNS servers they had been using for years. Without telling us. Put new DNS server IP's in and came right back up.
