Title: not writeable for the webserver

I am running Windows Server 2012 IIS8
I have hMailServer setup. I am setting up Roundcube. I am on Step3. Test Config and I am hit with this error and can't figure out how to correct it. Can someone please help?

temp/: NOT OK(not writeable for the webserver)
logs/: NOT OK(not writeable for the webserver)

You need to change the permissions and or owner of those two folders (inside the roundcubemail folder) to make them useable by the account the webserver service runs under. On Linux, I could give you the exact command, but I don't know the exact method for Windows.
