Title: Installation
Post by: tonicdesigns on May 05, 2013, 08:51:27 AM
I am trying to install Roundcube to integrate with an application we have developed for a customer. Its on a dedicated server which is running PHP Version 5.1.6.

I have been having a running with the hosting company, but they are in no mood to upgrade the version of php to PHP Version 5.2.1, so does this mean I would be unable to run Roundcube on this server running PHP Version 5.1.6??

Thanks in advance

RoundCube 0.9 requires PHP version 5.2.1 or PHP 5.3 if your using MySQL. You really should upgrade PHP 5.1 is extremely out of date, PHP 5.1.x (and 5.2.x) branch is no longer supported. The last version on the 5.2.x branch is 5.2.17.
