Where do I go to get HTML Under the web mail area (at the very Bottom)? Editing the (footer.html) file puts my HTML directly Under the Header. :)
You'll need to add css rules to make it show at the bottom of the page.
What CSS file should I add the CSS Rules to? :)
Since its in the footer (ie on every page) you should add it to the styles.css
