Recently moved my entire hosting account with cPanel to another server (using cPremote / syncro) but my users do not have their email contacts, you may move some form of all-level or copying files via FTP? are like 500 users and it is not feasible to do so one by one import per account.
Contacts are stored in RoundCube's database, if you where using the RoundCube install that came with cPanel you'll need to get a copy of that database to move all of the contacts over.
If I have already several days using the new mail server and move the database roundcube not recently received my emails disappear? it is better to just copy some table special?
Email is not stored in the database, so going back to the older one will have no effect on messages.
thanks for the reply, on the new server for new contacts in some accounts, if I copy the old database to the new server roundcube, rewritten or contacts are added together? recent contacts lose or what kind of disadvantages could face?
