It's been almost a month I can't move emails to created folders. I try to move them but they go back to the original position and the folder stays empty.
I have been trying to find the solution by my own for a long time but I never succeeded.
Can you help me? It's a mess having all the emails unclassified.

Is there anything in the RoundCube error log? Enable imap_debug and post the log when you move a message to a folder.

Nothing at all. It seems the email is going to be moved into the folder but eventually it goes back and nothing happens.
There is no error message, or at least I don't find it.

imap_debug is a config option in <RC Root>/config/main.inc.php. When you set it to true it will save a log of the imap conversation in <RC root>/logs/imap.
