Earlier today, a user said some messages disappeared. The messages were from the last few days - not the newest messages, but not the oldest, either.
After checking the mail spool I found that they were correct. The messages were in the mail spool, appeared with IMAP, but did not appear in Roundcube.
When I deleted all entries in the messages table for this particular user and asked them to log in again, the messages were back.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Is it a bug? Is there a way to reproduce or correct it? I need to know how to stop this so we can keep using Roundcube.

Sorry for the bump, but I still have no idea how to solve this problem. I've been asked to find a solution or we have to switch to another Webmail system, and I'd really like to keep using Roundcube. If anyone has seen this before please let me know
