Title: calendar + calendar_plus + sabredav not working properly!

Hi everyone, i have installed roundcube webmail in our shared bluehost account. I've also installed the following plugin: calendar, calendar_plus and sabredav. i have also installed sabredav server. The roundcube works properly on the mail part but when I use the calendar part, there comes the problems.

1. ) When i attempt to save a schedule, after i hit save button it says 'An error occurred while saving'.
2. ) In settings->calDAV settings, the saved categories are not parallel to the filters on the calendar page. On the calendar page it only shows 'Default' and 'Personal' Categories/Filters. Isn't that should be 'Default', 'Personal', 'Work', etc. as i saved in the calDAV settings?
3. ) In calendar page. It says calendar replication completed. but i am not sure if it is really done cause i can't save even a single schedule.

Please help me. I really need to know how to configure these three properly. Any help will be highly appreciated. thanks.  :)

Another thing. i would like to add to the problems I've mentioned.

When i send an invitation to access to view my calendar to other roundcube users, they receive my invitation in their inbox. BUT i can't figure it out how could they possibly view it.

The plugin manger is a MyRoundcube plugin which isn't part of the Roundcube project. You should ask for support directly from the MyRoundcube team.
