Title: No email address in the "Bcc"

When I send a message to a recipient who is in the "Bcc" and configuracji default_host is NULL and do not set the SMTP configuration, after sending the email sent in the "Bcc" is the e-mail address. If you send the same message and I will add the configuration of SMTP and default_host, "after sending the email sent in the" Bcc "there is no email address. Attachment 2.jpg  or http://d.opensaas.pl/roundcubemail-image/2.png (http://d.opensaas.pl/roundcubemail-image/2.png)

How to fix the error occurs?

Tested on several versions and all are having the same problem:

This has been confirmed as an IMAP server issue
