Title: Trubles with non-English subject, from and attachment fields

I have RC-1, use Russian language and win-1251 and KOI8-R code pages.
Incoming messages can't be read.

Are there any errors in your error log?

I'm having the same problem with German emails where an umlaut is used.

This was the subject of an email I received yesterday... I haven't experienced any problems with reading nor replaying to this mail. Not in the preview plane nor in full reading mode. Maybe this is fixed? I tested the German and my default English US (for downloading attachments, I'm to lazy to change this language UTF-8 thing)

It most likely has, after all the what the SVN is for fixing problems.
