Print Page - impersonate plugin doesn't work

Title: impersonate plugin doesn't work

I've bought, installed and activated impersonate plugin. I've also modified the config file specifying a valid "master" email address but when I try to login with user.to.check@domain*master@domain I got auth failure message.

What to doublecheck?
