Can anyone provide my with a SQL script that successfully creates a roundcube user?

Do you want to just create the account in the Roundcube database or add a new mail user?
For me, I use IMAP. Because of that, when you create a user on the system and set up their account, roundcube will automatically work with that new users if they supply the correct password. In other words, there's nothing in roundcube that you need to do to get a new user to work. In fact, there's no table within MySQL that even maintains users.
