You would need to setup filters on your mail server.

would it be possible to show me how ?
I have hosting with xlogic.org and they give webmail service with roundcube
but they do not know how to do and they replies me to ask roundcube.net (such a pity...)

my roundcube is 1.0.1
I found this: http://www.roma1.infn.it/sic/roundcube/index.html
that shows "filter"
but not in my webmail (see here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/snjx1cseutvdbko/roundcube.png?dl=0)

thanks

Your going to need to ask your ISP to setup filtering since it needs to be done by the mail server and not Roundcube. Since your just using Roundcube that is provided by your ISP you can't modify it in any way including but not limited to installing plugins.
