I'm try use roudcube config smtp with amazon ses.
I tried to use to send email to 5000 addresses, I config system with amazon ses, 454 - Amazon ses: Throttling failure: Maximum sending rate exceeded.
When I send the email. The system does not send. and its error messages:

There is nothing that you can change in Roundcube that will change the fact that your SMTP server (Amazon) has rate limits and you have exceeded them.
I don't know if you can contact Amazon and ask for higher limits or may be just use a differnt SMTP server. Or you could use a mailing list program (which are designed for sending out bulk emails) rather than a regular end user mail client.
