Title: Cant find the (Mange Plugins) function under settings
Post by: Randall123 on August 21, 2014, 02:31:30 AM
Hi all.

Firstly, I am trying to add a logo signature for my email account. Used html to get the logo signature up, all is well.

The issue is that when I sent out the email, other recipients from hotmail and gmail etc. are blocking  out the logo image or putting my mails into their junk folders.

Tried googling to resolve the issue, stated that I have to download a plugin name: embed_images plugin
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VRChqB6aEs

How do i download in integrate a plugin when I dont have a plugin directory?

I'm new here, using Cpnal shared server as a host.

Please guide me as this is urgent. Thanks!!

Since you don't have access to the Roundcube files you can't install the plugin. However you can embed a image in your signature without a plugin, take a look at: http://www.roundcubeforum.net/index.php/topic,9551.msg46302.html

Hi thanks for the response.

I have already successfully embed the image under my signature using html. The problem is that every time i try to send an email to gmail, hotmail etc. my mails are either blocked, sent to junk mail or the logo signature will not appear unless approved as "safe" by the recipient. How am I able to avoid this ?

Please guide, thanks!!

Its more likely that you have problem with your DNS or SPF records then the image that is causing your email to go into spam. If you don't want to have the remote image you can base64 encode the image into the signature as was mentioned on the thread I linked to.
