I'm trying to upgrade from 0.9.5 to 1.0.2. On step three of the installer, everything shows ok except the database schema. When I select to upgrade from 0.9 or newer and click upgrade, the browser just spins and spins and nothing ever happens. No errors, no database upgrade, just hangs.
This is on a windows 2012 server with php 5.5 and mysql. Any ideas what might cause this to fail or hang?
