Title: [Aliases] username *and* password
Post by: nch on October 02, 2007, 11:11:42 PM
Hey there,

it is possible, to set aliases for the username and password??
So may be via database (like username alias)? Or another way?

Important:
Username and password must be different from "real" server accounts.

Thanx for your help (and sorry for my english xD).

Sure, I use postfixAdmin for user/alias management. All email accounts and system accounts are absolutely different.

Right, but in my case it's not a root server (just "normal" webhosting server).
What I want: some email accounts, that can *only* be used via roundcube.

So, the "real" accounts must be different from the "virtual" roundcube accounts.
