fellas i dont know if was a human update or a p0lesk update,
what i know is that all my customers contact catalog was lost.
is there something to recovery this?
as i investigate RC was reload with default values, probably database too.
maybe i have an backup of this database, i am looking for now.

Check the database and see if the contacts are under a different user. Sometimes a slightly different user record is created which connects to the same email account but doesn't hold the contacts.

do you know how we can synchronize them again?
Find the account that the contacts are tired to in the user table and find the difference between the users.
