How can I hide or remove the empty folders: Drafts, Sent, Junk and Trash? (see screenshot in attachment)
Why do I have it twice anyway?
Because I already have the folders: Concepten, Verzonden, Spam and Prullenbak (in Dutch language)

From the screenshot it looks like you have the special folders settings done right. So you can maybe you delete the extra folders from the folders section in the settings screen?
As for why you have it twice. There could be lots of reasons.... Do you use another IMAP client, that might have added them? May be you used to have the special folders setup another way in Roundcube so the extra folders where created automatically at first login? May be your IMAP server created them by default?
