Title: Unable to Login

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help.

I'm using roundcube via webmail.eu.com which came through the moonfruit software. I am unable to log into a particular email address, I have changed the password, changed browsers, tried on different computers - but still I'm unable to log in. I've also tried from my office and at home, still the same result.

I am able to log in using different email addresses but not my main business account, it's been like this for over 48 hours now. I've been speaking to the people at moonfruit and they can't seem to find a way around it.

When I attempt to log in all that comes up is the note "log in failed"

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Or know a way around it to make it work?

please look in the roundcube error log, that will have more info about exactly why the login failed. by default the error log can be found in [rc root]/logs/errors.
