1- is there any estimated release time for 1.0.4 version? I can see that there are no open issues on github for some time, I'd like to use the most recent bug-fixed version in a new installation.
2- regarding the upgrades: is it possible to provide us bundled patch files for upgrading to new version? (as most CMS systems do)
it will only contain the updated files from the previous release, so it gives us a chance to check it in case of it breaks any customized files.

There's no date set for 1.0.4, but I pretty sure it will be released somewhere before Christmas. As for the upgrades, we do not provide such patch, but you should be able to do it yourself using git - all releases are tagged.
