All of a sudden I am not able to move my messages into different folders. The "move" botton will not even drop down with options. Can anyone help me?
If you are the administrator of your webmail system, look in the error log for clues.
If you are an end-user, contact you email provider. This forum provides support for administrators using the Roundcube software to provide email access. It can not provide help for end-users who do not have access to the server.
