Title: upgrade error with ioncube loader?

I got this error when starting the upgrade installer script:

Failed loading /usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/ioncube_loader_dar_5.4.so:  dlopen(/usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/ioncube_loader_dar_5.4.so, 9): image not found

I'm upgrading from 0.9.5 to 1.1.1. Do I need to install ioncube first?

Running on OS X Yosemite Server.

Ioncube isn't used or need to install, update, or run Roundcube. This is a generic error that most likely means you don't have ioncube installed on your system but have the ioncube module set to be loaded in your PHP configuration.
