Title: switching between accounts
Post by: mcmasterp on July 14, 2015, 01:20:13 PM
I'm getting messages from users saying that they can't switch between their email accounts like the did before. I never noticed this feature so I can't verify it existed except for the users complaints.

basically under the dropdown of your email address at the top you could somehow select one of your other email accounts and switch right to it? now users say the other email accounts are gone from the dropdown. can anyone help me figure out what is going on here? was this feature removed? is it possible to add back? any help would be appreciated.

That has never been a feature that is built into Roundcube, there are two ways in could have been done:
1. Using the accounts plugin from the MyRoundcube project (not part of the Roundcube project, commercial)
2. Something custom. This is my guess for how you where doing it since the buttons in your screenshot aren't part of any Roundcube skin that I know of.

The skin is called paper lantern

"paper lantern" is a custom cPanel skin. There could be numerous other cPanel customizations that are not part of a normal Roundcube installation. You may want to check with your host or with cPanel.
