Title: Newbie: How in install Plugin manager or plugins in IIS and PHP v5.6?

I am using HMailServer and Roundcube for Webmail. I am completely new to Roundcube world. Can some provide me clear steps to install plugin-manager or plugins using plugin manager?

I am using IIS 10, PHP 5.6 and RoundCube Webmail 1.1.3. Please help me.

No one has any clue do in IIS server?

Myroundcube project is dead, so at the moment you can't install plugin-manager.
