Title: Blank Emails on WEBMAIL

Dear Sir,



Form last few days we are getting blank emails of our customers on my domain which is hosted on mammothhost.com.Customers complaining that they have written in reply but when i received email in webmail & windows mail it is showing blank. Can you help me Guys because i did not getting any proper reply from  Mammothhost  team.We are using roundcube email.

Thank you for contacting our Technical Support Department.
There is no way the mail server to strip parts of the message or the text written. Either the message is delivered as it is sent or it is not delivered at all.
This is some isolated matter to single messages which you refer on how they were designed and sent which we can not detect or provide more details about. All available information for these messages is available in your mailbox and you can check the message full headers/source(in webmail use More > Show source option) for more details.

As an end user I think your options are some what limited. I think the most common cause of the problem you describe is missing third party libaries from your Roundcube installation. Check if the blank messages are all HTML messages or if plain text ones are also blank. May be try a differnt mail client. The Roundcube error log will say if there are missing libraries and that is causing the messages not to display but end users cannot see the Roundcube error log, only the server admns.
