I'm no programmer just a user, so, my terminology explaining this will be very basic... here's my issue:
My link to check the email is not working (404 page not found), I tried to re-install but there's always an error installing.
I´m afraid to uninstall because I don´t know if I could loose the email´s database (which is very important).
by now, I can only access the email by entering the bluehost control panel and so on but that´s just me, the team is unable to work.
Any procedures I should do?

Are you accessing Roundcube though your hosts control panel or did you actually install on your web hosting space?
