Although my mail screen says I am at 40% capacity, senders receive a message saying that my mailbox is full. Any remedies out there? Tks
The mail quota is returned by the mail server and Roundcube displays it, so you need to look at the mail server logs to figure out where the problem is.

If you set up the mail server you can look at the logs but if you just setup Roundcube or are a Roundcube user you'll need to contact your mail provider and ask them for support.
