I'm sorry if that questions sounds basic to you, but I'm pretty new to Roundcube and just want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly.
I have a small website with subcribers and I want to start sending them some informations about the news etc.
My list is around 200 e-mails (txt format) and I want to add them to roundcube address book, but there is an infromation about CSV format, how to convert txt into csv?
The second question: I want to keep that e-mails safe (privacy policy), and I'm curious if I will send an e-mail to 200 subrcibers do they see sender as myself only, or they will see the whole mailing list?

First you should check with your host and see if there ok with you sending bulk mail to your users, you may want to use a dedicated service like Mail Chimp to send bulk mail to your users.
