Title: Keeping Personalized Folders between 2 roundcube accounts / roundcube-thunderbir
Post by: AmondaWeb on September 21, 2016, 08:55:01 AM
Hello dear roundcube community people
Here's what happening :
I've used roundcube' webmail to receive and write mails on a day to day basis ; I've therefore carefully set up my mailbox with many ad-hoc folders and subfolders. I've changed mail address (mails to my former mail address will re-direct to the present one). I'd like to keep my folders and sub-folders ; is there a way to import/export the folders settings ?  And in a second step, I'd like to use thunderbird to receive and write..same question....
I did check a bit in the forum to see if this was covered, couldn't see, although not sure to have looked thorouhly.
Thank you for any help
Amélie

you need to ask your mail provider for the connection information you need to connect thunderbird to your imap account. with that then you could connect tbird to both your old and new accouts and copy everything between them.
